What to Know Before Buying Retail Items

  • If you have any questions about the product, please submit it to our store before purchasing.All items are sold out and are non-refundable.

  • After the designer agrees to send it back, please send the complete product within 4 working days, and inform the designer in an in-site letter (please include the logistics unit used and the shipping number to avoid increasing the time for back-and-forth communication )

  • The designer will confirm the status of the product and complete the refund process within 3 working days after receiving the product

The design shop provides replacement service

  • If you want to exchange the product, please contact the designer within 7 days from the next day after receiving the product

  • The designer will evaluate whether there is a replacement service based on the product type or inventory, please be sure to ask the designer in the station message first

  • When the designer agrees to exchange, please send the complete product within 7 working days

  • After receiving the product and confirming the status of the product, the designer will send out the designated replacement product within 7 working days
